Bright Start Schools Principal Teacher in Residence Program:  The purpose of the Bright Star Schools Principal Teacher in Residence (PTIR) Program is to train future Bright Star Principal Teachers (PTs) in the following areas: Bright Star philosophy, culture and values, Bright Star practices and methodology, instructional leadership, and management of people and resources.  The program is a combination of professional development activities, observations, on-the-job training, reading, discussion, as well as the exposure to and gradual assumption of many of the responsibilities of a Bright Start administrator.  For more information, and directions on how to apply, click here.
